IDCON is committed to the safety of our team, families, clients and the wider community. In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic we have implemented policies to guide our work processes.
These policies will help prevent transmission of the virus, while still providing continuity of service to our valued customers and clients.
We are all healthy and working with our clients to provide our services remotely. While this cannot replace our primary role as on-site coach to your team, working remotely with your team ensures once this challenge is over your project is ready to go!
Some of our changes during this time:
- In person meetings and trainings will be either delivered via web or postponed to a later date
- Our staff is working remotely to provide our clients with support.
- For those staff members who are essential to your business we will ensure they follow all appropriate health and safety protocols when arriving to your site
- We are available to provide remote services to your organization including desk assessments and teleconferencing.
If you find you miss us too much, we have lots of online resources available to you – articles, videos, social media and of course, all of our IDCON Reliability and Maintenance books will ship out in most cases same day.
